Spiritual Development Workshop

10.30am to 4pm approx, £45 per person, Ipswich
This workshop is suitable for beginners who have an interest in spiritual and psychic development or those that have already begun their journey and would like the opportunity to develop their abilities and interest further, spending a relaxing day among like minded people in the area. Those that have attended before are welcome to attend again as each day is different as I am guided by spirit for each activity depending on the group. This day will give the opportunity to try a variety of activities which may include:
This workshop will give you a taster of these areas through meditation and various activities; encouraging you to explore further to help you on your spiritual path. You may find it useful to bring a blanket for meditation.
