Spiritual Development Workshop

10.30am to 4pm approx, £30 per person
(held in my home in Ipswich, limited to 6 people).
This workshop is suitable for beginners who have an interest in spiritual and psychic development or those that have already begun their journey and would like the opportunity to develop their abilities and interest further, spending a relaxing day among like minded people in the area. This day will give the opportunity to try a variety of activities which may include:
This workshop will give you a taster of these areas through meditation and various activities; encouraging you to explore further to help you on your spiritual path. You may find it useful to bring a blanket for meditation and please bring something to share for a light vegetarian lunch.
Please note: unfortunately there is no disabled access for this course; to enter my home you need to climb several stairs and there is no lift, sorry. I do however regularly hold workshops in Cedars Spiritualist Church which does not have access problems, please look for details on the website or email to be kept up to date, thank you.
