Using meditation, visualisation and various exercises form a deeper connection with the different spiritual guides and guardians (including loved ones and angels) around you. Who is your main gatekeeper/guardian and how do you sense when they are close by?
Learn more about each guide with you in this life at the present time; how you may have been connected in previous lives and whether they are working with you for a particular aspect of your spiritual or personal development.
Feel reassured by learning to sense when your guides are close and increase your communication channels with them so that you may receive personal guidance and support on a daily basis.
