Angel Creations now offers sessions to help to clear these fears through visualisation, healing and relaxation. This is then followed by positive birthing visualisation and affirmations along with further guidance about connecting with the Angels for pregnancy and childbirth. Handouts will be given to refer to as the birth approaches and follow up support is available via email. The personal sessions last about 2 hours. If you are not within travelling distance to Ipswich, Suffolk, guidance via email can be arranged.
