Exhibitor Terms & Conditions

Please note that by booking your exhibitor space for the MBS Holistic Fayre you are agreeing to the following terms & conditions, thank you:

  • It is the exhibitors responsibility to obtain any necessary insurance to cover work with the public; their stock etc (eg. public liability).
  • A table and 2 chairs will be provided. If you require anything different please mention it on the booking form.
  • All bookings are final. By completing the booking form and making full payment you are confirming that you would like to book a space at this event. If you later find you are unable to attend for whatever reason; the organiser is not required to offer a refund; however depending on the circumstances; if enough notice is given eg. at least one full month and a replacement exhbitor can be found to cover the cost, you may then receive a refund minus any costs incurred eg Paypal fees, admin time etc. 
  • In the interest of fairness to the event caterers; exhibitors are not permitted to sell food for consumption on the premises. Packaged food to be taken away from the venue is permitted.
  • Access to the venue is available 1 and a half hours before the start of the event (9.30am) and all items must be removed from the venue no later than 5pm please.
  • When displaying items please be courteous to other exhibitors nearby and keep health & safety in mind (ensuring there are no trip hazards and so on)
  • There will be food and drink available to purchase but please feel free to bring your own with you.
  • Although it is the event organisers role to promote the event; as an exhibitor we request that you also help with promotion in any way that you can contribute; such as using your website, email contacts, facebook, twitter etc, to ensure that we all have a great day, thank you.
  • We wish you a very enjoyable and successful day.
